Performing Arts is a safe space for campers to explore their self-expression by taking developmentally appropriate risks.  For one child, that challenge might be to state his/her name loudly and clearly.  For another, it might involve performing in a skit on Friday night in front of the whole camp community.  Activities in Performing Arts sometimes include a trip to the costume closet and often include a fantastical trip for the imagination.
